Cancellations and Refund Policies
1. All cancellation and refund requests must be applied and notified through Email at CORE2026.org@gmail.com. Please include your registration number, name of the registrant, mobile phone number or email address of the registrant, and the reason why the application for a refund. The organizer will reply via email to confirm the cancellation of participation and refund matters.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before11:59pm, China Standard Time (UTC+8) on Sep. 15, 2026: Full Refund
- After 11:59pm, China Standard Time (UTC+8) on Sep. 15, 2026: No Refund
3. All refunds will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the meeting.
4. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
